350,000 people suffer from sudden cardiac arrest every year in the United States and only 10% survive. 8000 of the 350,000 are under the age of 21. Join us for Project Heart Start Day and Health Fair on June 18  so you are confident in your ability to help. You’ll learn hands-only CPR, how to use an AED, how to recognize the signs of a heart attack and how to save a choking victim. The Heart Hospital of New Mexico @ Lovelace Medical Center is pleased to sponsor this event that will be held at two locations. In Albuquerque, join us at North Domingo Baca Multi-Generational Center, Wyoming and Paseo. In Rio Rancho we will be at the Cabazon Community Center and Park. CPR sessions begin at the top of the hour from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
