A. Membership in Silver Elite is completely free. All Doc Talks, social events and other benefits are included at no charge. Join here!

A. Once your application has been processed, you will receive a membership card and voucher for your free gifts in the mail within 3 weeks. You will also begin receiving invitations each month to the 'Doc Talks'. If you applied more than 30 days ago and have not received your membership card or monthly invitations, please call 505.727.5502, or email SilverElite@lovelace.com
A. You will receive a voucher for your free gifts along with your membership card in the mail once your application has been processed. At the first event you attend, bring your voucher to the check-in table and a staff member will give you your items. These gifts are available at official Silver Elite events only and will not be mailed.
A. If you become inpatient (staying at least one night) in one of the Lovelace Hospitals, a care coordinator will make a special visit and deliver your free meal ticket for your guest. If you have not been seen by a care coordinator please call 505.727.5502 and we will be happy to assist in getting your benefits. In-hospital benefits are offered Monday through Friday during business hours and excluding holidays.
A. No, Silver Elite is not an insurance plan. Being a Silver Elite member will not impact your current health care coverage in anyway. Silver Elite is a health and wellness focused group that gives members the opportunity to learn more about senior health issues, meet new friends and get special member ‘perks’ during a hospital stay.
A. No, Silver Elite is open to anyone over the age of 60 regardless of your coverage or doctor. If you need to find a Doctor or specialist, Silver Elite members have access to Lovelace Care Concierge at 505.727.2727 who can assist you in finding a provider or scheduling an appointment.
